Cryotherapy is the science of exposing the body to sub-zero temperatures in order to stimulate physical and mental health benefits. It reduces inflammation in the body by boosting an anti-inflammatory chemical called norepinephrine.
It will boost blood circulation throughout the body resulting in a higher metabolic and caloric burn rate. It also increases the level of endorphins which can elevate mood and reduce stress.

Inside the cryochamber you will wear socks, slippers and gloves; men will also wear briefs. You are welcome to leave your hair down and you can have on makeup. Do not apply lotion or any moisture to your skin an hour before your session. No jewelry or metals can be worn below the neck.

Your first whole body cryotherapy appointment can take anywhere between 15-20 minutes so that we can fully educate you on the process and answer any questions you may have. Your appointment may take up to thirty minutes.
The ideal time for Cryotherapy is about an hour post-exercise to improve performance and recovery.
